SSR Standing Seam Roof System is designed to save you money through weathertightness, energy efficiency and reduced maintenance.

A properly erected SSR roof yields a weathertight metal surface; one that eliminates roof leakage.

There are no panel-to-structural fastener penetrations. It is a floating roof system - two piece sliding panel clips connect the weathering surface to the structural member absorbing expansion and contraction forces resulting from seasonal temperature extremes.

The full floating feature ensures structural integrity and resists thermal shock. The SSR Roof System protects against roof leakage with factory installed sealant and a standing rib which is mechanically seamed 2 7/8" above the drainage surface of the roof. It is ideal for roofs that are exposed to heavy rain, snow or ice damming conditions that can cause water to stand for long periods of time.

Further weathertight performance is assured through design of the panel endlaps where factory notching self-aligns for proper overlap and placement of the 1-1/4" tape sealant. Drain relieved clamping plates are used to ensure full compression and uniform adhesion of the sealant.

Dura Rib Metal Roof Panel

Dura Rib roof panel is a proven product that provides durability, cost efficiency and ease in erection.

PBR is a 36" wide panel with 1 1/8" high ribs on 12" centers and a full sidelap configuration. It is available in 24-gauge and 26-gauge steel. The 80,000 pounds per square inch yield enhances walkability, resistance to hail damage and, along with the deep ribbed panel configuration, increases load capacity.

The sidelap configuration is engineered to ensure weathertightness. The purlin-bearing leg design makes panel alignment and fastener engagement easy and consistent. A quality sealant is applied during erection which helps eliminate water migration and air infiltration.

Special fasteners with innovative pilot points to minimize fastener strip-out are used, and increased fasteners along the eaves will combat moisture migration from ice and snow buildup.

  • Tape sealant at panel laps prevents water migration and air infiltration.
  • PBR Roof fasteners are coated with an organic material that tests seven times more resistant to rust than the typical .0003 cadmium-zinc coated fasteners.
  • The PBR Roof system achieved 30, 60, and 90 classification from Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., for wind uplift resistance.
  • PBR Roof is offered in Shell White and Alum-Zinc for 24-gauge and 26-gauge, all other colors available by special order.

AP 900 roof panels are the ultimate in high R-value systems, making them the panel of choice where energy efficient, lightweight, low maintenance roofs are required.

The installation process saves labor by providing the exterior weather barrier, insulation and interior all in one step. The AP 900 panel is designed for use on commercial/industrial and cooler buildings for new and re-roof applications.
