FMC Hydrogen Reformer Building

Project Details

Located in Prince George, BC this facility was a large, 6000 SF; 36’ tall structure. Complete with a Standing Seam roofing system, roof curbs, and corrugated wall panels. The interior perimeter was also lined with a 10 foot liner panel. Having 13 framed openings,  Ferro Building Systems supplied all necessary framing needed as well as overhead doors and man doors complete with canopies.

Due to its geographic location, the need for snow guards was essential as were thermally acceptable R28 roof and R20 walls .  The internal environment in which the building was stationed  required that all the steel be treated right down to the use of stainless steel fasteners and also include cadmium coated anchor bolts.
