Kal Tire Building Additions

Project Details

This supply only project consisted of 2 additions to an existing Kal Tire facility. The first addition to the main building was to double the size of their facility and was accomplished by adding three double slope 20’ bays. Ferro supplied all the necessary corrugated panels and framed opening materials required and left a 47’ x 10’ un-cladded section for storefront glazing units. Ferro also provided a 4’ partial height opening around the perimeter of the addition to allow for a block wall system  for aesthetic reasons.

The second addition involved an open canopy with a parapet around the roof complete with a hidden gutter system and made large enough to support Kal Tire’s signage.
