Under the supply and install service line, Ferro Building Systems will supply your building, oversee and manage its installation and ensures it passes all required building inspections.
Technical Consulting Services

General Contracting
Under the general contracting service line, Ferro Building acts as the principle contractor who oversees the entire building process. From design, fabrication, delivery, site-prep, installation and finishing; Ferro guarantees the building you envisioned.
Design-Build
Driven by client demand, our design-build services addresses concerns over costs and risks. Combining both the design and construction under one entity offers the client greater control over the execution of his/her project and limits costs under a pre-negotiated fee structure.

Going In
We Look Ahead
We take the time to understand the underlying business objectives behind your building. What will the structure be used for? To increase production capacity? Protect an asset? Once we understand that, we can ensure our solution meets your business goals. We’ll provide ideas that enhance the structure’s current function, find economies through the design process and also suggest modifications you could make that would make future expansion easier.
Drawings already done? We’ll analyze existing drawings and plans and suggest economies and efficiencies. Still just an idea? We’ll ensure what you’re thinking is achievable. Our in-house AutoCAD technicians can bring it to life and prepare architectural drawings, foundation and structural drawings to ensure the right building is being designed. One that will fit your needs perfectly.

Pre-Planning
We Look For The Best
Once your contract is in place, we hand pick a cross-functional team that will assemble and manage your project. Your team consists of a technical sales rep, a project manager, and an AutoCAD detailer. Together they conduct an exhaustive review before submitting your order for fabrication. Because unidentified or foreseen problems addressed during construction can often be costly.
We conduct a full review to clarify and identify possible challenges and provide the best solutions. Before they’re needed. This may involve additional drawings shared between engineers, architects and you. The goal is to get it Right from the Start. Time and time again, our clients tell us how much they appreciate our willingness to thinks things through and how this thoroughness has ultimately saved them thousands during construction.

Management
We Look Out For You
During construction clients are often kept at arm’s length. Not with us. We keep the lines of communication open between you, us, suppliers and safety coordinators. This way we can swiftly identify issues or concerns and correct any shifts in the production schedule. We constantly review manufacturer’s drawings for any discrepancies or potential miss-fabrications.
One of our greatest strengths is solving and crafting solutions for design challenges during construction. Extensive preparation prevents most of them, but there are always a few that can’t be foreseen. It’s just the nature of construction. Once we’re aware of a problem, we’ll share it and the options for a solution with you immediately.

Close-out
We Look After You
Upon completion, we conduct Quality Management reviews with you, suppliers and safety representatives. We’ll also provide a comprehensive project maintenance manual that includes maintenance information, final drawings, engineering data and schedules, product data and warrantees.
Our two-way communication doesn’t stop once the project is finished. We’re always available for consultation and advice concerning your structure.
