COR Certification: Safety a Top Priority at Ferro

Ferro Building Systems Ltd. is currently working towards COR safety certification and hopes to have it in place by the end of this year. The Certificate of Recognition process is helping Ferro to strategically respond to the various roles it undertakes depending on the nature of the work.

“From a safety perspective, Ferro’s involvement on a project can vary from simply providing the building to site to managing the entire project. Sometimes we act primarily as a sub-trade and other times as the prime contractor. Under the COR certification process, Ferro is reviewing all of its current safety policies to ensure we are reducing all safety risks regardless of the role we undertake in our projects.
