This 5600 SF truck facility for Rosie Septic Services Ltd. included a truck shop as well as an office annex lean-to addition for our client. The (3) 14’ x 18’ framed openings served well for trucks to drive in and be serviced. The office annex is separated from the shop area by means of a fully cladded partition wall provided a suitable place to work operationally. This pre-engineered metal building was also supplied with an insulation value of R20 to provide a means of heat retention within the building space.
