Family is important to Jonathan. So are details. And problem-solving. (An important skill-set when it comes to families.) Graduating from BCIT’s Technology program with honours, he’s made himself at home in the Ferro family by producing splendidly precise AutoCAD drawings that help clarify design concepts for the project management team. Jonathan is particularly proud of his contributions to the 50th Parallel Winery project, which allowed him to demonstrate his drafting skills by custom-designing all the trim and installation details.
Recently promoted as project manager, Jonathan prides himself on his ability to be responsive to clients’ needs and skilled at devising strategies to produce the best solutions and service that exceeds expectations.
When not figuring out elegantly simple answers to complex challenges, Jonathan enjoys working with his hands on precision-driven projects like wood and/or metalworking, building computers and hand-making pasta. And playing guitar. Sometimes all at once.
